Is the RAFV office open on Saturday?
We are open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Can I lease a Sentricard ?
Yes, through a cooperative agreement with the McHenry County Association of REALTORS®, it is possible to lease a Sentricard. Please call our office at 630-232-2360 to schedule an appointment. The cost of the Sentricard lease is prorated and can be paid for by check (payable to McHCAR) or credit card.

Since RAFV bills monthly, is it possible for me to pay my fees quarterly or semi-annually?
Absolutely.  The only thing we ask is that you write us a check for whatever your monthly statement is for plus the extra amount you want applied to your account.  Each month when billing is run, the credit on your account is lowered by the amount of the bill until the balance is zero.  You need to examine your monthly statement to see when the balance is getting close to zero so that you can write us another check.

Can I pay my monthly fees online?
Absolutely. Go to www.rafv.com and log in using your MLS ID# and password.   Click on “My Account” to view or pay online. Your can also see your account history for the last year. This is also the site where you can register for CE classes or view your education history

Why doesn’t RAFV do a recurring charge for my fees on my credit card?
Even though our computers have never been compromised, for security reasons, RAFV does not want to store your credit card number. It only takes a few minutes to go online to pay your monthly bill.
